About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Information Management Utility Document Capture Governance team. This role will provide strategic direction and leadership to high-risk initiatives, apply enterprise level best practices, and contribute to department wide process improvement efforts.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
+ Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
+ Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
+ Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
+ Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
+ Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
+ Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience and knowledge of Imaging Content Management Platform (ICMP)
+ Knowledge of Kofax/Capture environment
+ Experience with entitlement management
+ Knowledge of document indexing standards and guidelines
+ Experience with record management and retention
+ Knowledge and understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
+ Knowledge and understanding of issue Management Lifecycle, including implementation and maintenance
+ Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
+ Experience consulting on best practices with peers, leaders, and business partners
+ Experience leading process improvement and workflow initiatives.
+ Experience in data analysis and documentation
+ Experience with project management initiatives
+ Experience with strategic design and implementation of third-party service provider oversight and monitoring
+ Experience with collaboration, and decision-making skills across various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive progress toward a common business objective
+ Experience identifying risk factors and partner with appropriate teams to mitigate
+ Strong presentation (verbal and written) communications skills and ability to provide analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
+ Experience planning and organizing cross functional work and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion
+ Analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
