**Master Halco** , North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking a **Manufacturing Operation Specialist 1** to work at our West Memphis, AR plant.

The Manufacturing Operation Specialist will use forklift equipment to move heavy materials around the plant and provides assistance as requested.

Responsibilities

+ Operating a forklift to pick and transport heavy materials around the plant

+ Accurately loads/unloads material from enclosed truck trailers

+ Driving yard truck with attached semi-trailer including backing trailer up to dock bays

+ Maintain forklifts by completing preventive maintenance.

+ Reports any malfunctions, failures, or repairs to management

+ Maintains quality products by following company policies and standards

+ Maintains clean and safe working environment

+ Inspects all product being shipped and received for defects to ensure quality standards are met

+ Picks, packs, and ships materials

+ Keep areas fully stocked to support production

+ Provides assistance where necessary

Qualifications

+ Forklift and warehouse experience **required**

+ Experience loading flatbed trailers **required**

+ Basic computer skills

+ Ability to communicate effectively

+ Ability to work effectively in team environment

+ Ability to work overtime as needed
