Overview
Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking** **an experienced Operational Change Management Specialist** **.
The **Operational Change Management Specialist** must be able to collaborate with people across all departments of the company as well as external vendors to achieve strategic goals.
This is a crucial role to implement and manage the company’s inventory management platform as well as optimize development of the current system.
Implementing, training the technology, and new processes within the branch / sales environment. The role is operational focused to handle complete project coordination, training, process enhancements, and helping to transform our operations.
The preferred candidate must have expertise inMS Planner or MS Project.
Remote position.
Extensive travel is required at up to 75%.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities and oversight to include but not limited to:
+ Collaborate and execute detailed project management plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation
+ Support the transition from start to finish at each location including change management
+ Support ongoing optimization and support for the system and/or locations
+ Provide hands-on training in the field
+ Assist in coordinating operational process changes to allow for a smoother customer experience
+ Partner with multiple departments to help facilitate system and process changes
+ Cost control and expense management
+ Support financial performance metrics
+ Compliance (e.g., Policy, SOP, JSOX, Safety, etc.)
+ Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
+ Project management methodology and use of tools
+ Experience in implementing and/or supporting supply chain execution systems
+ Proven facilitation and presentation skills using PowerPoint
+ Well-rounded business acumen
+ Exceptional organizational, time management, trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with people of all levels and departments to garner resources and knowledge needed to accomplish goals
+ Ability to identify areas for improvement and take timely action
+ Strong collaborator and ability to develop partnerships across businesses internally and externally
+ Experience developing long-term strategy and executable plans to support an organization’s direction
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates degree, two-year college, technical school, or equivalent work experience
+ Two (2) plus years of experience in operations support
+ Experience executing operational improvement projects
+ Experience with onsite training of complex multiple module systems
+ Computer Skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, MS Planner or MS Project
Work Environment
Remote work, Office setting and field travel.
Physical Demands
This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, lift and/or move. Must be able to travel.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position at times requires long hours.
Travel
The position requires approximately 60-75% overnight travel.
