    Date Posted: Aug 1, 2025

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Job ID: R-1367

    Description

    About Us:

Why MMIT? At MMIT, we simplify the complexities of healthcare to smooth access to life saving therapies. Our collective teams achieve this through prioritizing cultivating industry leading data coupled with cutting edge technology to solve some of healthcare’s most complex challenges.

MMIT is regarded as a trusted go-to-market partner that identifies barriers to patient access and helps coordinate major stakeholders to move therapies from pipeline to prescription—answering the “what” of how payers cover therapies and the “why” behind those decisions. MMIT’s product portfolio has been built by listening to our clients, and with expert teams of pharmacists, clinicians, data specialists and market researchers who provide foresight, clarity and confidence.

In 2022, MMIT joined forces with other market-leading pharmaceutical-solutions providers—Evaluate, Citeline, Panalgo and The Dedham Group—to launch Norstella, which aims to deliver must-have answers for critical strategic and commercial decision-making along the entire drug development journey.

    About the Role:

As an Associate Manager of Custom Market Research, you will play a key role in designing and executing research initiatives that drive strategic insights for pharmaceutical clients. You will lead the development of research tools—including surveys and discussion guides—and coordinate the analysis and reporting of both qualitative and quantitative data. Your work will directly inform client deliverables, helping to uncover actionable insights and shape strategic recommendations across MMIT Insights offerings.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial team to identify new opportunities. Your contributions will help answer critical business questions and support MMIT’s mission to smooth access to therapies by delivering high-quality, insight-driven research.

    Responsibilities:

+ Project management of qualitative and quantitative research engagements, overseeing analyst contributions, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

+ Design and develop customized research tools—including surveys, questionnaires, and discussion guides—to accurately capture insights aligned with client objectives and research questions.

+ Coordinate and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze, and visualize complex datasets, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making to support market access and research initiatives

+ Moderate stakeholder interviews, guiding discussions to uncover meaningful insights aligned with research objectives.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to recruit participants, manage fieldwork logistics, ensure smooth execution of research activities and structure and deliver “client-ready” outputs, balancing creative analysis with effective project management.

+ Create compelling data visualizations and slide templates that clearly communicate insights in a digestible and visually engaging format.

+ Craft executive summaries and strategic narratives that distill complex findings into impactful, client-relevant insights across therapeutic areas.

+ Review and finalize client deliverables, ensuring reports highlight key trends, strategic implications, and meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and client readiness.

+ Demonstrate subject matter expertise and strategic thinking, independently addressing client questions and providing thoughtful recommendations based on project scope.

+ Participate in the presentation of findings and reports to clients, delivering insights with clarity and strategic relevance.

+ Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering professional growth and promoting a culture of excellence.

+ Recommend and contribute to product innovation by proposing new analyses, data visualizations, and service offerings that expand the value of the product line.

    Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top institution and a strong record of academic achievement.

+ Exemplary writing skills and a strong interest in effective communication.

+ Attention to detail; perfectionists are highly encouraged to apply.

+ Strong skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)

+ Genuine interest in professional growth and development through feedback and commitment to corporate core values

+ Unusual intellectual curiosity and creativity, reflected in a broad range of interests and excellent analytic abilities.

+ 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting, marketing analysis, product management, or equivalent undergraduate experience

    + Entrepreneurial mindset, growth minded.

+ Experience with team mentorship or management experience
