Primary Job Duties

This is a full-time position.

+ Supervise clerks to verify that daily tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner

+ Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel

+ Verify compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures

+ Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for MX personnel

+ Processing timecards, vendor interaction, and verifying shift coverage

+ Assist in maintaining parts inventory and purchases

+ Coordinate with Parts Supervisors to perform tasks

+ Tasks assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements

+ At least 18 years old or older

+ Possess valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license

+ Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

+ Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

+ Possess excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Evaluate and solve problems

+ Demonstrate strong people and employee-relations skills

+ Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not necessary

+ Detail-oriented and quick learner

+ Computer knowledge helpful

+ Available for any shift
