    Summary of Role:

    Primary person to drive not only the requirements with the business, but also drive the function design, development and deployment with our partners. In addition, the role will be responsible to define process handoffs and change controls, ensuring end to end process connectivity. The role will be in the details of the day to day execution of the plan until the release of the functionality. Lastly, communications to leadership will be key to keeping the project on track as well as getting help when needed.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for translating business processes to teamcenter design requirements

    + Influence business processes to utilize best in class teamcenter system capability

    + Drive alignment on business processes and teamcenter implementation to integrate to the overall PLM end to end solution

    + Responsible for creating the product vision, refine the backlog, and set product roadmap

    + Responsible for clearly prioritizing the work items in the product backlog and are responsible for reviewing and approving all PBI’s prior to their implementation by the development team

    + Provides business guidance to sub-teams​ and ensures business requirements are well-formed and team has work items ready to progress​

    + Communicates with the business users and stakeholders on a regular basis to provide feedback on progress of the development of the sub-team​

    + Prioritizes the work items in sprints (Product Backlog Items)​ Contributes to Showcase and ensures appropriate audience attends​

    + Collaborate with enabling teams, functional analysts, test leads, and SMEs​ Identifies change impacts and coordinates with change management team​ Supports training activities, as required​

    + Supports the identification and escalation of risks, issues, roadblocks, scope, and/or timeline changes​

    + Contributes to the plan and makes necessary arrangements for the release of the product​

    + Travel up to 10%

    + Availability to work with teams located across the globe

    Other Responsibilities:

    + Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Education - BS degree in relatable field

    + Experience - 10 + years of industry experience

    + Teamcenter application experience

    + Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong planning & organizational skills.

    + Experience in Product Data Model implementation for PLM

     

    Expected Salary Range

     

    $119,300.00 - $225,900.00

     

    The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
