Reporting to the AVP of Digital Marketing, As the Digital Product Director, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of customer-centric and business performance experiences across the American Family digital channels. You will oversee the development and management of digital products that enhance customer engagement and improve business growth. You will manage and mentor a team of experienced digital product managers and product owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that align with our goals.
Position Compensation Range:
$147,000.00 - $250,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
+ You will develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy that prioritizes customer experience and our performance
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring understanding of organizational goals
+ This director will create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
+ Identify, develop, and manage internal and external team relationships to ensure successful initiative delivery.
+ You will also manage the prioritization of digital initiatives while partnering with steering committees and technology development teams on execution.
+ Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the digital products.
+ You will conduct market analysis and leverage customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and improvement
+ You will also develop and distribute frequent analytics reporting to include customer feedback, and overall KPI metrics. Analysis and make recommendations on enhancements to leadership based on findings.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
+ Leadership experience in digital product management, with a focus on customer-centric design and business performance.
+ Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
+ Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and product optimization.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
+ Knowledge of customer-facing technologies used in systems and/or processes of property and casualty insurance.

In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from the following office location(s): Madison, WI 53783.
