    Marketing Specialist Grape Community Hospital is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in promoting hospital and clinic services, improving patient engagement, and enhancing our overall brand presence within the community.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing strategic campaigns that align with the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote hospital and clinic services, specialties, and community outreach initiatives.

    • Collaborate with service line leaders, physicians, and other departments to identify marketing opportunities.

    • Create compelling content for digital and print materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media, website updates, and press releases.

    • Maintain and manage the hospital’s social media presence and track engagement metrics.

    • Assist with the planning and promotion of community events, health fairs, and internal employee campaigns.

    • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning.

    • Ensure consistency of branding across all platforms and materials.

    • Coordinate with external vendors, advertising agencies, and media contacts as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field is strongly preferred.

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and content management systems.

    • Experience with social media platforms and digital advertising tools.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
