We are looking for a candidate with core finance skills who wants exposure to International Treasury Ops, Cash Forecasting, Debt Management and Compliance, Foreign Exchange and Tax Knowledge. You’ll have an opportunity to learn the entire Treasury function (and more) across the US and globally.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Cash & Liquidity Management
* Analyze Cash Flow Activity on a weekly basis to provide executive management with a real-time Cash flow update
* Maintain and improve upon established Excel based cash flow models, analyze historical transaction data to estimate future cash flow
* Develop and maintain a platform to monitor and invest excess cash balances to maximize investment return.
Treasury Operations
* Assist in managing Treasury Ops and Banking across the Globe
* Identify, analyze and implement process improvements, including resolving complex Treasury issues and integrating new products into the current daily process
* Prepare and maintain supporting documentation and record-keeping as required by internal audit
* Document & update policies and procedures across the Treasury Function
Financing and Capital Markets
* Assist in managing Jacobs’ debt portfolio, including revolving credit facility, term loans and bonds.
* Prepare monthly debt schedules including rollovers/renewals, monthly interest accruals, payoffs and quarterly/semi-annual interest payments
* Prepare quarterly covenant analysis for financial reporting purposes. Review 10-K and 10-Q filings.
* Foreign Currency & Hedging: Evaluate the company’s overall FX exposure to determine if hedging balances are needed
* Execute FX spot, forward and swap trades to hedge our key foreign currency exposures in accordance with Jacobs policies/procedures.
Financial Analysis
* Prepare PowerPoint slides for Monthly Performance Review (MPR), Board presentations, Risk Management Committees, and others.
* Provide analytical support to the Treasury and FP&A team on ad hoc/special projects.
Treasury Systems
* Support, maintain, and monitor the Kyriba treasury management system and supporting systems
* Engage with technology vendors, third party consultants, and IT teams to transform, implement technology solutions and lead projects that drive enhancements, efficiencies, and automation.

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
* At least 1-3 years of treasury analyst experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders of all levels across the organization
* Strong problem solving and time management skills, including ability to adapt and re-prioritize to meet changing business needs
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ideally, you will also have:
* Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba, GTreasury, Coupa, etc.) and /or Bloomberg
* Experience with Oracle ERP System, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
