    Pre-Sales AI Solutions Architect

    Job Description:

    Arrow ECS is seeking a highly skilled and versatile **Pre-Sales AI Solutions Architect** to design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows across multi-vendor environments. You’ll work with clients to architect and demonstrate AI use cases — such as intelligent chatbots — from infrastructure provisioning to AI model deployment. This is a hybrid role combining systems engineering, data orchestration, and AI workload expertise.

    What You'll Be Doing

    + Design and deploy AI demonstration environments for sales and partner engagements.

    + Install and configure physical/virtual infrastructure including networking, servers, storage, and OS.

    + Deploy and manage AI/ML platforms (WatsonAI, NVIDIA frameworks, HPE, NetApp AI, etc.).

    + Build and demonstrate intelligent AI chatbot workflows:

    + Data source planning and ingestion

    + Model training or fine-tuning

    + Inference orchestration and front-end integration

    + Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to scope and deliver AI demos.

    + Document repeatable workflows for internal and customer use.

    + Stay current with vendor AI strategies, frameworks, and hardware offerings.

    What We're Looking For

    + Strong experience in **infrastructure engineering** (networking, server setup, OS installs, storage).

    + Familiarity with AI/ML tools and deployment frameworks.

    + Experience with at least two of the following vendor ecosystems:

    + IBM WatsonAI or Watsonx

    + NetApp AI/ONTAP + Trident or Astra

    + NVIDIA NGC, Triton Inference Server, or CUDA stack

    + Dell AI/ML systems

    + HPE AI/ML solutions (Ezmeral, GreenLake)

    + Ability to script or automate deployment workflows (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).

    + Working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and hybrid cloud platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience building **chatbots or conversational AI applications** .

    + Understanding of **data pipelines** and **LLM (Large Language Model)** lifecycle management.

    + Familiarity with **vector databases** , **embedding models** , or **RAG** architectures.

    + Certifications from major vendors (IBM, NVIDIA, Red Hat, NetApp, etc.) a plus.

    + **Soft Skills:**

    + Strong presentation and communication skills — ability to speak with technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Resourceful, curious, and able to prototype under tight timelines.

    + Able to work independently while aligning with broader sales strategy.

    Experience/Education

    Typically requires 5 - 7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

     

    Work Arrangement

     

    Hybrid: 2 days in office/3 days work from home

    Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

    $105,300.00 - $160,050.00

     

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
