We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk support the accurate and timely entry of chargeback data into our internal accounting systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting the broader accounting team in maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.

_This is onsite 2-3 days in Honolulu, HI._

+ Accurately enter and validate chargeback data into the company’s accounting database.

+ Review and reconcile chargeback entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.

+ Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

+ Collaborate with accounting team members to resolve discrepancies and support month-end close activities.

+ Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed to support the department’s goals.

+ Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to internal controls and company policies.

+ 5 years of experience (minimum) in an accounting role.

+ Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.

+ Familiarity with accounting systems and financial documentation.

+ Experience with PeopleSoft and Microsoft Access is a significant plus.

+ Ability to work independently in an onsite environment with minimal supervision.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data entry and accounting principles, with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy under tight deadlines.
