**SALARY:** $82,400 - $97,850
**SHIFT:** Midnights 10 PM - 7 AM, Weekends

ROLE SUMMARY:
If you are interest in a hands-on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role in a world class manufacturing environment then our midnight shift Warehouse Area Manager role is for you. This is a chance to be on the warehouse floor, troubleshooting and problem solving on the fly to ensure we meet our logistics goals. This is a chance to develop as a leader, change agent, and technically as an Engineer. Additionally, you can expect to:
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
+ Front line manager role supervising warehouse employees on midnight shift (22:00 to 07:00); working with contractors and other area managers.
+ Ensure and promote safe working practices.
+ Manage, Coach, assist and direct workforce for shipping and receiving of finished products, new materials, and trade returns.
+ Develop, monitor, and maintain critical quality control points to ensure excellent process and product indicators.
+ Develop and monitor production plans, inventories, and labor schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to meet schedules.
+ Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed.
+ Utilize management system toolkit and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved.
+ Lead and coach teams through troubleshooting and monitoring of key processes utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.
+ Work with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives.
+ Picking trailer for loading and unloading/ managing the queue.
+ Blocking and consolidating non-conforming product
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Must possess or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
+ Required to work at least 4 weekend shifts within a month; holiday’s as needed
+ Leadership skills, comfort level with change, and ability to lead change.
+ Technical and problem-solving skills.
+ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills preferred (Excel, Access, PPT, etc.)
+ Previous Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred
