    SALARY: $125,600 - $141,300, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO)

+ Track, analyze, and report DIO performance at zone, business unit, country, and category levels.

+ Lead monthly reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on DIO performance.

+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

+ Identify root causes of high DIO and propose corrective actions.

+ Work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams to drive inventory reduction and cash flow optimization without compromising service levels.

+ Align DIO targets with business planning cycles and S&OP/IBP processes.

+ Support demand-supply balancing and capacity planning through inventory scenario modeling.

+ Use forecasting tools and systems to simulate impacts of production, promotions, or demand shifts on DIO.

+ Leverage advanced analytics tools (ERP, Power BI, Anaplan, etc.) for inventory visibility and actionable insights.

+ Maintain a clean and accurate inventory master data environment.

+ Lead continuous improvement projects (e.g., inventory segmentation, safety stock rationalization, MOQ optimization).

+ Establish governance frameworks and standard operating procedures for inventory management.

    Leases

+ Lead the budgeting and tracking and monitoring (T&M) process for supply chain leases across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with the broader financial planning cycles and priorities.

+ Act as the primary point of contact for lease-related budget submissions, coordinating the process across zones and functions.

+ Own the business case review process for lease investments, and work closely with operational, technical, and financial teams to ensure proposals are robust, strategically aligned, and financially sound.

+ Ensure accurate linkage of business plans into financials, making sure business case benefits are accurately reflected in budgets and P&Ls.

+ Provide strategic input for Buy vs. Lease decisions, helping the business assess trade-offs beyond costs – including flexibility, risk exposure, and operational efficiency.

+ Review and challenge total cost of ownership (TCO) models to ensure all direct and indirect are properly reflected; use TCO analysis to evaluate full lifecycle costs and support decision-making between leasing, buying, or alternative sourcing models.

+ Maintain an accurate and complete database of the main lease agreements, including key terms, financial obligations, renewal options, and critical dates (expiring contracts, etc.).

+ Identify opportunities to optimize lease terms and reduce cost and implement controls to mitigate financial and operational risks related to leases.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelor’s Degree required Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (Engineering degree strongly preferred)

+ 4+ years of similar role

+ Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office

    + SharePoint administration knowledge

+ Good communication and presentation skills

    + Ability to work autonomously
