Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our company-s fleet of 300+ service vans. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring fleet safety, compliance, maintenance, and operational readiness. In addition, the role supports broader logistics functions, including coordinating with outside carriers for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL), White Glove, and Small Parcel transportation needs. The ideal candidate brings a detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical and administrative skills, and the ability to support cost control initiatives.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
+ Maintain accurate and up to date records of vehicle registrations, insurance, inspections, titles, and maintenance records
+ Coordinate preventative maintenance and service appointments with vendors to ensure vehicle reliability and minimize downtime
+ Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage for performance and cost analysis
+ Monitor fleet compliance with DOT, FMSCA, OSHA, and internal company policies
+ Support onboarding and offboarding of vehicles, including title transfers, lease returns, auction procedures, and upfitting
+ Assist in managing fleet vendor relationships (maintenance providers, leasing companies, telematics providers, etc.)
+ Analyze fleet operating costs and trends to recommend efficiency improvements and cost saving strategies
+ Provide administrative support for accident reporting, repairs, and insurance claims
+ Track and manage inventory of fleet related supplies and equipment
+ Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the service team and provide monthly reporting as requested
+ Maintain carrier documentation, contracts, and performance tracking
+ Track shipments and delivery schedules, escalating delays and resolving exceptions as needed
+ Coordinate with internal departments regarding shipping updates and carrier statuses
+ Contribute data to ongoing transportation cost reviews and budgeting
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
+ 1-3 years of Fleet coordination/administrative experience Preferred
+ 1-3 years of Logistics coordinator or analyst experience Preferred
