Sr. Marketing Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and support local marketing efforts to drive growth and engagement across 200+ dealership locations.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for regional leadership teams on all marketing-related initiatives, providing strategic guidance and executional support.
+ Develop and manage a comprehensive regional marketing calendar that aligns with corporate priorities and regional business needs.
+ Ensure consistent and brand-aligned marketing materials are produced and deployed across departments, optimizing for both effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
+ Coordinate and execute local community engagement programs, including sponsorships, partnerships, and on-site event activations to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor marketing content for specific markets.
+ Monitor regional marketing performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize impact and ROI.
+ Implement scalable processes and templates to streamline support for dealerships and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in marketing account management, field marketing, operations, or marketing project management.
+ Strong experience working in a cross-functional environment, managing relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
+ Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
+ Comfortable analyzing and reporting on marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver measurable results.
+ Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Experience in the automotive, RV, or retail industry preferred, but not required.
Pay Range:
$89,565.00-$130,620.00 Annual
