Position Summary
As a Senior Coordinator in the NEJE Premium Billing team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—supporting members, ensuring accurate billing, and helping us stay compliant with Medicare Part D regulations. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage member payments, resolve billing issues, and process reinstatements for members facing significant life events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong financial and operational insight, and communicates with clarity and care.
This is a hybrid role that will require a partial on-site presence 3 days per week and can be in Scottsdale, AZ, Northbrook, IL, Irving, TX, Hartford, CT, or Woonsocket, RI. Additional CVS Health locations may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Automatic Payments** : Monitor and support processes related to Social Security Administration (SSA), Railroad Retirement Board (RRB), electronic funds transfers (EFT), and recurring credit card payments (RCD) to ensure accurate and timely payment posting and enrollment.
+ **Member Billing Support** : Investigate and resolve member billing concerns in collaboration with internal teams, including Customer Care, Grievance, and Account Management. Assist with generating weekly member statements and faxing them to members when needed.
+ **Good Cause Reinstatements** : Review and process reinstatement requests for members who have experienced significant life events. Reinstate eligible members in accordance with Medicare Part D guidelines, ensuring full compliance.
+ **Weekly Refunds** : Assist with the weekly refund process to ensure timely issuance of refunds and adherence to CMS regulations.
+ **Dunning and Disenrollment** : Support the dunning and disenrollment process by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict compliance with CMS standards. Collaborate with the automation team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
+ 1 or more years of professional experience in a finance, accounting, or billing operations role.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Familiarity with SAP, FACETS, COMPASS
+ Experience with financial reconciliations and premium billing processes
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
+ Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field preferred
Education
+ High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
