Job Summary:

To lead, motivate and develop a team of Violation Reviewers, to assist Violation Review Supervisor(s), process supervisor approvals while also performing tasks of a Violation Review Operator.

•Monitors, reviews, and processes violations in accordance with established processes and procedures.

•Processes daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane. Manually correct Owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation.

•Assists in review and information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets.

•Identifies and communicates effectively on areas with need for improved efficiencies.

-This person will review all violations processed by VR 1 members to ensure no errors are made

•Performs other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is strongly preferred.

• 1-2 years of related data entry/processing experience and/or training.

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop).

• Good English written and verbal communication skills.

• Accurate typing skills.

• Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction, and differentiate color between light color.

• Available to work overtime when required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
