Procurement Specialist III
As a Procurement Specialist III, you will play a key role in optimizing sourcing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance across the organization. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
+ Manage and triage low-dollar spend and procurement categories efficiently.
+ Accurately classify external workers and ensure compliant onboarding.
+ Negotiate favorable contract terms in collaboration with Legal and other stakeholders.
+ Resolve invoice discrepancies and procurement-related issues promptly.
+ Partner with Procurement Analysts to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant procurement experience.
+ Strong negotiation skills and foundational knowledge of contract management.
+ Proficiency with Workday procurement modules.
+ Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
+ Experience with MSP programs and external workforce management.
+ Familiarity with HR and legal compliance processes related to procurement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
