• Accounts Receivable Analyst (Collections)

    Aston Carter (Frisco, TX)


    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and assertive B2B Collections Specialist to manage a high-volume portfolio of business accounts. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing risk by proactively resolving outstanding balances. You’ll be responsible for conducting collection calls, researching account discrepancies, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive resolution.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

    + Manage a large portfolio of B2B accounts with aging receivables

    + Initiate and follow up on collection calls and emails to corporate clients

    + Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes

    + Research account histories and document collection activities in ERP/CRM systems

    + Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Billing, Legal) to address account issues

    + Recommend accounts for escalation, write-off, or legal action when necessary

    + Prepare aging reports and provide updates to management on collection status

    • Required Qualifications

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B collections (required to be considered)

    + Strong communication and negotiation skills

    + Proficiency in researching and resolving account issues independently

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
