    Job Description: Contract Recruiter

     

    Position Type: Contract

    Travel: Potential travel to site locations as needed

    Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required (access to US-only data systems)

    Role Overview

    The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates for entry-level Campus Programs and Supply Chain/Operations roles. This role requires strong business and HR acumen to ensure quality, timeliness, consistency, and efficiency in hiring while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

     

    To succeed, candidates must have experience in high-volume recruiting and be comfortable managing multiple assignments.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage the full life cycle recruiting process

    + Collaborate with hiring managers on:

    + Candidate selection

    + Offer package negotiation

    + Salary recommendations

    + Provide candidates with comprehensive company information and prepare them for offer extensions

    + Ensure a seamless, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience

    + Support various Talent Acquisition projects focused on:

    + Attracting, pre-screening, and hiring talent

    + Enhancing candidate/new hire experience

    + Maintain compliance with all hiring processes, aligned with EEOC standards

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in:

    + Business

    + Management

    + Communications

    + Finance

    + Human Resources

    + Psychology

    + Or a related discipline

    + 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles

    + Experience recruiting for:

    + Campus programs

    + Operations and supply chain roles

    + Strong skills in:

    + Customer and candidate engagement

    + Relationship building

    + Managing multiple assignments

    + U.S. Citizenship (required for access to US-only data systems)

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Located near McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; or Tewksbury, MA

    + Experience in:

    + Supporting recruiting programs

    + Project management

    + Recruiting for Department of Defense suppliers/customers

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
