    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly driven Cost Accountant or Controller to join a dynamic manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in reducing operational costs, driving productivity initiatives, and managing annual budgeting cycles.     Responsibilities

    + Lead the budgeting process, collaborating cross-functionally.

    + Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow.

    + Analyze and reduce costs across procurement, scrap, labor, and technical processes.

    + Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll and operational cost reports.

    + Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational leadership and business decisions.

    + Partner with quality, engineering, and supply teams to implement continuous improvement projects.

    + Provide financial forecasting, reporting, and performance insights for leadership.

    + Maintain GAAP compliance and manage internal financial controls.

    + Utilize ERP and spreadsheet tools to manage and present financial data.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.

    + ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) with SAP preferred.

    + Advanced Excel proficiency.

    + Proven success improving cost efficiency across departments.

    + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + CPA or CMA certification.

    + Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

    Work Environment

    The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves having your own office space but requires spending time on the production floor often.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
