In addition, this role will lead and perform duties in the implementation and support of the state’s travel policies and resources. We are seeking just the right person to join our cohesive team. **What are we looking for?***__* * * *Education and Experience:* * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field.**** * Two years’ of professional accounting and budgeting experience.**** * Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. *Competencies:* Knowledge of, or ability to learn: * General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for governmental entities;**** * Statewide Accounting, Budgeting, and Human Resources System (SABHRS) and Internet Budget and Reporting System (IBARS); * State government administrative policies and procedures; state laws and the State's budgetary process; * Capital asset accounting; and * Uniform administrative requirements and cost principles of federal awards (2 CFR Part 200).
