    This is a hybrid position. You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, Michigan office. You will be expected to work onsite 3 days per week and may work remotely on the remaining days.

    What you will do

    + Lead the weekly Project Status Reporting (PSR) process for New Product Development (NPD), summarizing key milestones and identifying risks to project timelines

    + Maintain and enhance Excel-based tools to track R&D project and budget performance and year-over-year trends by project and location

    + Monitor NPD resource allocation using a resource demand planning tool to ensure alignment with project priorities and forecast future needs

    + Collaborate with the enterprise PMO to improve resource planning tools and reporting capabilities

    + Create and update monthly PMO dashboards in PowerPoint to communicate project progress and challenges to leadership

    + Provide data analysis to support short- and long-term strategic planning initiatives

    + Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences

    + Build and leverage internal networks to enhance data accuracy, reporting quality, and decision-making

     

    What you need

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in management, business, finance, or engineering is preferred

    + Minimum 2 years of experience translating data using Microsoft Excel

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience creating executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

    + Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment

    + Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) teams

    + Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or aerospace

    + Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
