**Pay Range:** $95,000 - $100,000 annually
**Hours:** 9:00am-6:30pm
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to develop and lead a new clinical training program for Master's level counseling and social work students. In this vital role, you will train the next generation of clinicians to provide affirming and inclusive care for the **LGBTQ+ community** , with a focus on youth (ages 13-24) and adults. The ultimate goal of this program is to aid in suicide prevention and improve positive mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Program Development:** Collaborate with senior leadership to build and implement a new student clinical training program.
+ **Supervision and Training:** Provide individual and group clinical supervision to Master’s level student interns.
+ **Crisis Intervention:** Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
+ **Partnerships:** Build and maintain relationships with universities, secure collaborative contracts, and recruit motivated clinical students.
+ **Documentation:** Review and complete client and university documentation in compliance with professional and agency guidelines.
+ **Administrative Duties:** Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Mental Health Department, including grant reporting and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
+ **Licensure:** Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
+ **Experience:** A minimum of **3-5 years of post-licensure clinical supervisor experience** is required.
+ **Knowledge & Skills:**
+ Experience working with the **LGBTQ+ community** and familiarity with related issues.
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and communities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
