    Now Hiring: Production Workers (Assemblers & Machine Operators)

    • _Location: Clinton, MA_

    • Pay:

    + **Day Shift:** $ 19.00/hour

    + **Night Shift:** $ 21.00/hour

    • Schedule:

    + **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Schedule)

    + **Night Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Schedule)

    + **12-hour rotating shifts:** Work 2 days, off 2 days (includes working 2 weekends per month)

    • Job Responsibilities:

    + Assemble medical devices with precision and care

    + Label and package finished products

    + Monitor the assembly line and inspect for defects

    + Operate automated machines as needed

    + Load and fill hoppers

    + Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines

    + Maintain quality control standards throughout production

    + Communicate any issues to your supervisor

    + Perform other tasks as assigned

    • Job Requirements:

    + Positive, team-oriented attitude

    + Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment

    + Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity

    + Strong communication skills

    + Able to sit or stand for extended periods

    + Must be reliable and punctual

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
