    + 6+ months’ work experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

    + Previous machine operating experience

    + Basic knowledge of and ability to use powered and pneumatic hand tools

    + Basic computer skills

    + Good communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Ability to work more than 8-hours a day, weekends and holidays

    + Performing highly repetitive types of short cycle machine operations (add and remove product)

    + Completing machine set-ups based on product line, including teardown and setup of required tooling

    + Making minor adjustments to machine operations for optimal performance

    + Tracking and entering all necessary information related to quality, throughput and/or downtime, into systems such as SAP

    + Inspecting product quality and ensuring product specification

    + Checking and arranging for availability of materials and tools for workstation

    + Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed

    **Pay Details:** $18.97 to $20.97 per hour
