Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
+ Schedule and manage multiple calendars, meetings, travel itineraries, and expenses
+ Support HR and Talent programs, meeting logistics, payroll/timekeeping and administrative workflows
+ Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy
+ Maintain files, reports, and systems; provide backup and cross-functional admin support as needed
Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Previous administrative experience in a corporate setting
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
+ Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage confidential information
+ Detail-oriented multitasker with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
