**Join our team and help us deliver outstanding service!** We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as a key point of contact for our customers, business partners, and drivers. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the front line, ensuring we meet our commitments and exceed customer expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
+ **Customer and Partner Communication:** Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
+ **Problem Resolution:** Calmly and professionally handle complaints, diagnosing and resolving issues.
+ **Logistics Monitoring:** Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
+ **Order Processing:** Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
+ **Documentation:** Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
What You'll Need to Succeed
+ **Experience:** A minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ **Customer Service Skills:** Strong customer service skills with the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
+ **Organizational Skills:** A solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
+ **Adaptability:** The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
Shift & Compensation
+ **Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour
+ **Shift Details:** Monday through Friday, with potential for Saturdays. The shift is generally 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
