    • **Pay Rate:** $ 17.25/hr.

    • **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No nights or weekends!)

    • **This role is PERFECT for detail-oriented individuals who love organization, accurate data entry, and helping people!**

    • Basic computer skills – especially **MS Excel, Word, and Outlook**

    • Comfortable working with **documents, addresses, and forms**

    • Able to follow detailed instructions

    • Organized and can meet productivity goals

    • What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Process **Medicare member enrollments** and requests

    • Follow **federal CMS guidelines** (Yes, accuracy matters!)

    • Route documents to correct departments

    • Handle **returned mail** and **update member addresses**

    • Help ensure smooth and timely enrollment support

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $17.25 per hour
