    Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Perm

     

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

    Position Overview:

    Our client is seeking a motivated Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient office operations while thriving in a fast-paced environment with a growing company. We are looking for someone with experience supporting a fast-moving office and supporting administrative support, as well as someone who has experience with purchasing and travel coordination, both domestic and international.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative support to various teams and senior staff

    + Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic business travel

    + Prepare and format reports, documents, and presentations

    + Organize and maintain digital and physical office files, supplies, and shared spaces

    + Handle travel arrangements, process expense reports, and communicate with vendors

    + Conduct internet research to support projects and business initiatives

    + Assist with general office operations and help improve administrative workflows

    Qualifications:

    + 2–4 years of experience in an administrative support or similar role

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    + Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides / Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Comfortable using online tools for booking travel, purchasing supplies, and other administrative functions

    + Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

    **Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
