We’re partnering with a leading **medical device manufacturer** in **Devens, MA** to hire **Production Assemblers and Machine Operators** for both **Day and Night shifts** . These are **Temp-to-Hire** roles with long-term growth potential in a clean, controlled, and highly regulated environment.

•** **Pay Rates:

+ **Day Shift:** $20/hour

+ **Night Shift:** $22/hour

•** **Shift Schedule (12-Hour Rotating Shifts):

+ **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

+ **Night Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ **Rotation:** Work 2 days, off 3 days, work 3 days, off 2 days _(includes every other weekend)_

•️** **Job Title:

Production Worker – Medical Device Assembly & Operation

•** **Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble small medical device components with precision

+ Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications

+ Operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment

+ Package and label medical products per FDA and ISO standards

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (cleanroom protocols may apply)

+ Accurately pick, pack, and ship products

+ Load and refill materials in production machines

+ Follow detailed instructions and documentation for each product batch

+ Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors

+ Support other production tasks as assigned

•** **Requirements:

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Comfortable working with small parts in a regulated environment

+ English speaking and literacy required (reading work instructions and labels)

+ Ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ Willingness to stand or sit for extended periods

+ Prior experience in medical device or cleanroom manufacturing is a plus, but not required

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
