    Position Overview

    As an A&P Mechanic, you will work under the direction of a Lead or Senior Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of helicopters. Your work ensures our aircraft are always ready to respond to emergencies with precision and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist with daily maintenance and inspection tasks

    + Support documentation and certification of aircraft logs per FAA and PHI Health standards

    + Learn and comply with RAMCO and other documentation systems

    + Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff

    + Help manage parts inventory and company tools

    + Perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings

    + 0–2 years of A&P experience

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Basic communication and computer skills

    + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

    + Must pass physical exam, drug screening, and background check

    + Must own a basic set of mechanic tools

    + Must reside within a one-hour commute of the Mesa base
