Customs Brokerage Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Customs Brokerage Administrator** to support the preparation and submission of accurate U.S. Customs documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable import regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and submit U.S. Customs declarations, including CBP Forms 3461 and 7501.
+ Calculate applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, and fees.
+ Maintain accurate and compliant records of all U.S. Customs transactions.
+ Conduct audits of product classifications and import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Collaborate with Trade Compliance and Logistics teams at Juarez manufacturing facilities to track entry statuses, review documentation, and gather necessary information.
+ Provide administrative support to the Customshouse Broker to ensure organization-wide compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
+ Assist with timely and accurate data entry.
Qualifications:
+ **Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)**
+ Familiarity with **Editrade software** (preferred)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Experience with data entry and documentation
+ Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and international trade compliance is a plus
+ 2+ Years Experience
+ Bachelors Degree preferred
**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
