Adecco is hiring for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Client located in the northeast of central Houston. For this role you’ll serve as the frontline contact for customers scheduling installations, resolving service issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You’ll coordinate with technicians, dispatch teams, and internal departments to support a wide range of residential and commercial installation services.
Key Responsibilities
+ Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding installation services, timelines, and follow-ups
+ Schedule, reschedule, or cancel installation appointments and communicate with dispatch and field teams
+ Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot common service-related concerns
+ Document customer interactions, work orders, and service notes using CRM or dispatch software
+ Communicate effectively with technicians and installers to confirm site readiness, timeframes, and any special customer requirements
+ Escalate complex issues to supervisors or the technical support team when necessary
+ Process payments, refunds, and billing inquiries related to service calls or installations
+ Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and efficiency in all customer interactionsHours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmPay Rate: $15.00Temp to Hire
**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
