About ABCO Facility MaintenanceABCO Facility Maintenance delivers premier facility maintenance services to commercial clients across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth.
Job SummaryAs Business Development Manager, you'll lead our Account Manager/Business Development team remotely, overseeing overall team performance to meet quarterly sales, win-back, and financial goals. You'll drive revenue by upselling existing clients, winning back former clients, and selling leadership-approved services to commercial businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee team performance, coaching Account Managers to achieve quarterly KPIs (sales, win-backs, financial projections).
- Upsell high-margin services (e.g., janitorial, HVAC maintenance) to existing clients (e.g., Walgreens, Tractor Supply).
- Win back former clients (e.g., Sams) with existing or new services approved by leadership.
- Sell approved services to retail, logistics, and commercial clients in NY, NJ, PA.
- Track performance using CRM tools and report to Senior Management/Owner.
- Collaborate with Senior Management/Owner to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in facility maintenance or similar, with success in upselling and client win-backs.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing remote sales teams and driving performance.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Linked-In).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
