D riveway Supervisor , Sell
The Drivew ay Supervisor , Sell is responsible for building, leading , and inspiring their team s to deliver an unparalleled customer experience throughout the Sell and Service process . This position will be responsible for reaching and maintaining assigned position metrics, objectives , and daily activities . The Driveway Supervisor , Sell will be assigned to oversee any of the following; Drive way Customer Service Agents , Team Leads, Support Specialists, etc . T his individual assists in the training, and development of all positions they are assigned to oversee.
The Driveway Supervisor , Sell r eports to the Driveway Manage r , Sell .
Responsibilities
+ Administer training plans and development of assigned employees/ positions
+ Manage department m onthly objectives and d aily tasks
+ Develop, train, and monitor c ustomer engagement and follow-up word tracks
+ Systems expert for assigned position s
+ Create and define processes for Agent efficiency
+ Internal / external paperwork and documents for assigned positions
+ E xecuting correct c ross department communication and process flow
Skills and Qualifications
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Excellent communication
+ Active Listening
+ Time Management
+ 1 – 3 years of experience in a supervisor role
