+ Present vehicles with confidence and charisma

+ Master our CRM to build and maintain strong customer relationships

+ Get trained in Finance & Insurance (F&I) and step up as a trusted backup to the F&I Manager

+ Be a team leader and role model in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
