    Job Description Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated Warranty Specialist to join the GE Vernova Onshore Wind Warranty team, supporting the North America (NAM) region. In this role, you will manage warranty claims with a focus on reducing cycle time, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and driving process improvements. You will act as a key interface between our customers and internal teams, serving as the voice of the customer while championing operational excellence and continuous improvement.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    + Manage and track warranty claims from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely processing and closure.

    + Drive reduction in warranty claim cycle time by identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies.

    + Ensure accurate and consistent cost allocation for all claims in accordance with contract terms and internal policies.

    + Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claim processing efficiency and reduce costs.

    + Act as the primary internal advocate for customer concerns related to warranty claims, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal execution.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, services, finance, and field teams to resolve technical and commercial claim issues.

    + Provide regular reporting and analytics on claim status, trends, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.

    + Support audits, documentation reviews, and system updates as required for claim records and compliance.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in warranty, service operations, claims management, or similar role (preferably in energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and drive decisions.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

    + Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements.

    + Knowledge of ERP or claim tracking systems is preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

    + Familiarity with wind energy or renewable energy industry is a strong plus.

     

    The salary range for this position is $91,400.00 - $121,800.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
