    Overview:

    **WAGE:** $17.50 / hour

     

    Manage and maintain housing facilities, including front desk check-in and shuttle driving, to create a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for international associates.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage front desk check-in and check-out procedures.

    + Drive shuttles to transport associates safely.

    + Maintain housing facilities and address maintenance issues.

    + Enforce housing policies and ensure a safe living environment.

    + Assist with housing assignments and roommate coordination.

    Qualifications:

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    + Excellent communication and customer service abilities

    + Basic maintenance and repair skills

    + Ability to handle confidential information discreetly

    + Friendly and approachable demeanor

    + Comfortable working with associates from diverse backgrounds who have different values or not be native English speakers

    + Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
