A Snapshot of Your Day
The Equipment Data Specialist will fulfill requirements to
supply documentation that supports Parts Quotes/ Orders and EIS creation. The
successful candidate will analyze and locate required documentation and provide a digital
copy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Determine what documents arerequired and what parts are currently in an equipment so that customers,repair personnel, quoting and sales teams can all confidently know whatparts are running in an equipment.
+ Analyze company databases toensure data accuracy.
+ Update data in GloBus / SAP toimprove the data quality.
+ Data mining.
+ Ability to multitask and workunder time constraints to meet deadlines.
What You Bring
+ Must have a high school diploma/GED that can be verified; Associate degree in engineering or businessadministration is a plus!
+ Up to 2 or more years of experiencepreferably with Reciprocating or Turbo compressors; candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level position.
+ Must have strong organizationaland time management skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, andwriting skills.
+ Ability to work collaborativelyand individually with the same enthusiasm and intensity; must beself-motivated to find efficient and effective ways to accomplish endgoals
+ Must be proficient usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point)
+ Experience with ERP software(Oracle, SAP etc.) is preferred
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the
