The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Employee Engagement & Inclusion Manager to lead our efforts in creating a thriving workplace culture. In this role, you'll design and champion initiatives that foster belonging, boost employee satisfaction, and celebrate the contributions of every team member. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure our culture reflects our values-respect, fairness, connection, and inclusion.
What You'll Do
+ Lead Engagement Strategy: Design and implement organization-wide engagement initiatives aligned with our mission and values.
+ Turn Feedback into Action: Use surveys, exit/stay interviews, and other tools to develop data-informed engagement plans.
+ Celebrate Our People: Coordinate appreciation events, recognition programs, and wellness activities that honor staff contributions.
+ Champion Inclusion: Promote communication strategies that connect and inform employees at all levels.
+ Elevate Employee Voice: Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, and feedback loops that drive meaningful change.
+ Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with leadership teams to integrate engagement and inclusion into everyday operations.
+ Track Success: Measure and report engagement and culture metrics to guide continuous improvement.
+ Special Initiatives: Support CEO-led projects and the Empowerment Summit Committee.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, learning & development, or human resources.
+ Proven success leading culture-building initiatives.
+ Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
+ A deep commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
Bonus Points For
+ Experience in human services, nonprofit, or healthcare settings.
+ Familiarity with engagement platforms and feedback tools.
+ Bilingual skills (Spanish or ASL) a plus.
