The Associate Director – Recruiting, Manufacturing & Quality Site Lead will oversee the talent acquisition strategy and delivery across both established and new manufacturing and quality sites. This role encompasses responsibility for core recruiting efforts across all functional areas, including both exempt and non-exempt hiring. New site launches will be managed from project planning through to full execution, with the Associate Director playing a pivotal role in scaling our internal playbook, designing local hiring infrastructure, and achieving talent outcomes that support rapid, high-quality site setups.
This leader will lead a team of recruiters tasked with ensuring high standards in speed, quality, and consistency across business units. They will be a key partner to HR and site leaders, driving business continuity, process excellence, and continuous improvement in hiring performance.
The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR, and the Global TA function, serving as the strategic link between site requirements and recruiting execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, project-based hiring efforts, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to lead confidently and effectively in ambiguous situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business** **Recruiting** **Partnership
+ Drive the end-to-end TA strategy and delivery for new and existing Manufacturing & Quality sites.
+ Lead intake design, workforce modeling, and recruiter capacity planning for new sites.
+ Partner with HR, site operations, engineering, and project teams to match talent needs to timelines and headcount strategy.
+ Implement the TA playbook at each site: build workflows, define interview cadence, align sourcing, and ensure hiring manager readiness.
+ Serve as the primary TA representative in new-site launch forums, offering clear updates, talent risk assessments, and hiring progress metrics.
+ Drive consistency in intake, sourcing, and hiring processes across high-volume and leadership requisitions.
+ Serve as the primary recruiting partner to site leadership and local HR, fostering trust and coordination around workforce planning and talent delivery.
+ Drive consistency across launches by refining tools, templates, reporting methods, and lessons learned into the global playbook.
+ Support change management and communication strategies as sites transition from new build to steady-state operations.
Recruiting Leadership:
+ Lead and mentor supporting recruiters, providing guidance and structure throughout high-volume launch cycles.
+ Manage recruiterslocated on-site at Manufacturing & Quality locations.
+ Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the recruiter teamensuring role clarity, development, and engagement.
+ Leverage data to track recruiting performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements in process or resourcing.
+ Partner with other TA leaders to ensure effective resource deployment and support for enterprise or cross-site initiatives.
+ Deliver high-quality candidate experiences and maintain operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle.
+ Work with US Capability Center Leads to coordinate and flex recruiting resourcesincluding FTEs, contractors, and coordinators, to meet hiring goals.
+ Deliver against time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience KPIs
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ 5+ years recruiting experience and/or applicable business experience.
+ Experience managing recruiters or leading hiring initiatives across multiple locations, with a proven ability to coach and develop recruiting talent.
+ Previous experience with high volume hiring, frontline recruiting, and/or manufacturing talent profiles.
+ Experience working closely with HRBPs and business leaders to align on hiring needs, solve challenges, and track workforce goals.
Preferred** **Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of project-based hiring (e.g., new site ramp, business unit expansion, large-scale hiring initiative).
+ Data fluency—comfortable interpreting metrics and making data-informed decisions.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives independently.
+ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, including intake, timeline alignment, and hiring risk mitigation.
+ Confident in building and guiding others through structured hiring processes—from intake to offer.
+ Experience flexing recruiting delivery models using FTEs, contractors, and surge support.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to represent recruiting in cross-functional leadership meetings.
+ Knowledge of Recruiting compliance
+ Familiarity with Workday or enterprise ATS systems.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$122,250 - $179,300
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
