    Are you ready to be part of a team that keeps operations moving smoothly behind the scenes? Dart is seeking a Yard Truck Operator to safely operate, move, and relocate trailers and/or tractors within our property—no CDL required and no public roadways involved.

    Available Shifts as of 8/1/25:

    + 11p-7:30a Mon night through Sat morning

    + 3p-11:30p Sun through Thurs

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate yard trucks or tractors (with or without trailers) exclusively on Dart property.

    + Maneuver equipment in tight spaces and safely couple/uncouple trailers.

    + Perform visual inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks.

    + Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient dock and trailer management.

    + Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

    What You Bring:

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    + At least 6 months of experience in warehouse, material handling, or PIT operations.

    + Ability to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license.

    + Strong communication skills and attention to safety and quality standards.

    + Proficiency in English for effective training and communication.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + CDL Class A license (not required, but a plus!)

    + 1+ year of tractor-trailer experience.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.
