    Position Summary

    The Market Leader is a dynamic and accountable executive responsible for driving growth, profitability, and culture within a defined geographic real estate market. This role leads cross-functional teams, owns market performance, and fosters strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experiences and community impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead title, escrow, and sales team members, holding them accountable to performance and service standards.

    + Own the market’s Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and sustainable growth.

    + Create and execute strategies that drive market expansion, elevate customer experience, and strengthen team culture.

    + Build collaborative partnerships with Growth, Operations, and Finance teams to align on goals and deliver results.

    + Execute one CommunityOne event annually to enhance brand presence and raise funds for a local charity.

    + Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all market functions.

    + Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and shared success.

    Qualifications

    + Proven leadership experience in real estate or a related industry.

    + Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.

    + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

    + Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    + Passion for community engagement and team development.
