What You’ll Do:

+ Investigate and resolve complex payment escalations from users, internal teams, and vendor partners.

+ Analyze and optimize payment workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve accuracy.

+ Lead fraud detection and prevention strategies, and ensure KYC compliance.

+ Manage reconciliation processes and support accounting accuracy.

+ Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to improve payment systems.

+ Mentor and support payment associates to build a culture of inquiry and ownership.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

+ 2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, fraud operations, or KYC. compliance.

+ Hands-on experience with payment/KYC vendors like Stripe, Plaid, Cognito, or Proof.

+ Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.

+ A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
