What does a Wealth Associate Supervisor do?
The Wealth Associate Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising the Wealth Associate staff within the Wealth Solutions department. This position ensures staff can provide administrative support relating to Canandaigua National Bank Wealth Services to customers within the bank's market area. Achieves goals developed for the position and department as part of Wealth’s operating plan. Works closely with the Wealth Solutions Manager in establishing specific goals for the team. Determines work procedures and workflow while ensuring area compliance with all operating policies and procedures. Provides coaching, guidance, and training to direct reports, including annual performance reviews.
+ Ensures that the team is properly staffed and that the staff is trained to meet internal and external customer service objectives.
+ Prepares work schedules and manages workflow to maximize the efficient use of office resources.
+ Communicates with other internal stakeholders to properly integrate activities.
+ Assist with external audits and regulatory examinations by completing research, providing requested records, performing investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
+ Maintains and implements a process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of procedures for all procedures.
+ Conducts weekly meetings with team and individual one-on-one meetings.
+ Coordinates the appropriate testing team required for new software/hardware, in addition to enhancements and upgrades.
+ Implements work improvements within the team and recommends improvements within other areas of the bank.
+ Directly supervises assigned personnel.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
+ A B.S. or B.S. degree in a field related to banking or equivalent normally required. A combination of education and work experience will be considered.
+ Specialized wealth management education and training.
+ A minimum of five (5) years' experience in related positions, including employee development and training experience normally required.
+ Effectively perform all tasks, duties, and positions within assigned team preferred.
+ Experience in banking/financial services preferred.

Compensation: $26.30 – $31.50 The actual rate offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
