Job Title: Low Voltage Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

Join a growing team installing and supporting low voltage security systems for commercial clients. This role involves hands-on work with CCTV, access control, and structured cabling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install and support security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)

+ Pull, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, coax, fiber)

+ Mount and configure security devices

+ Read blueprints and wiring diagrams

+ Troubleshoot and repair system issues

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes

+ Collaborate with team members and project managers

Qualifications:

+ 1–3 years of experience in low voltage or security system installation

+ Proficient with hand tools and cable pulling

+ Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Certifications (BICSI, NICET, or manufacturer-specific) are a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

+ Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

+ Pay range: $18–$30/hr based on experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
