    Job Title: Quality Engineer

    Job Description

    We are looking for ahands-on Quality Engineerwith a strong background in quality engineering and a passion for solving complex problems collaboratively. The ideal candidate will hold an engineering degree and bring proven expertise in electro-mechanical troubleshooting,root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.

     

    This role requires direct engagement with technicians and engineers to drive end-to-end problem resolution. Familiarity with electromechanical assemblies,printed circuit board assemblies, and battery builds in alow-volume production environmentis essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Create and manage control plans and inspection plans.

    + Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.

    + Troubleshoot PCBA and electrical mechanical systems.

    + Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

    Essential Skills

    + Quality engineering experience.

    + Proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA.

    + Familiarity with PCBA troubleshooting and electrical mechanical systems.

    + Experience in creating control and inspection plans.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with battery pack builds.

    + Skills in electrical troubleshooting.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is dynamic and involves working with advanced technologies, including electromechanical assemblies, PCBA, and battery builds. The role may require occasional interaction with suppliers to ensure quality standards. The dress code is business casual, and the position operates within standard business hours.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
