    We are seeking a dedicated Blending/Fermentation Technician/Operator to join our team. This role involves the safe and effective operation of large-scale tanks ranging from 300L to 3000L, or other manufacturing processes, in compliance with production specifications. The Technician will prioritize activities within their assigned scope and responsibility while adhering strictly to safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    Responsibilities

    + Operate large-scale tanks and other manufacturing processes safely and effectively.

    + Comply with production specifications and safety standards.

    + Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Prioritize activities within the assigned scope and responsibility.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in fermentation processes.

    + Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards.

    + Ability to operate fermenters efficiently.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum of 1 year experience in Food Manufacturing or other regulated industries.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math.

    + Experience in a GMP environment.

    Work Environment

    The role is based in a Food Flavor and Probiotic ingredient facility, which is family-owned and team-oriented. The work environment promotes minimal overtime, which is always voluntary. Employees benefit from a lunch program and a competitive vacation and holiday program.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $58000.00/yr.

     

    This is a direct placement opportunity. Benefits will be provided by client upon start or before hand if requested by contractor.
