Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Focus) – Sayville, NY | $60K–$90K

Join a fast-growing, innovative electronics company in Sayville, NY, where cutting-edge design meets hands-on engineering. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to help us scale production, optimize processes, and bring brilliant ideas to life.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and optimize shop floor processes and manufacturing routers

Work with DFX principles to ensure designs are ready for production

Support fixture design and development for mechanical assemblies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality systems

Be a key player in building a world-class manufacturing environment

What You Bring:

1–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing engineering role

Strong mechanical aptitude – you love building, fixing, and improving

Exposure to quality systems, DFX, and process documentation

Experience with fixture design, tooling, and production support

A passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Compensation:

$60,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and skill level

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
